Sahay ML rust preventive additives are developed to manufacture finished rust preventive fluids, either oil or solvent-based. The formulations are designed to meet customer needs based on environmental conditions (humidity, temperature, storage) application methods (spray, dip, brush) required duration of rust protection and compatibility with specific metal surfaces.
Sahay ML offers emulsifier packages for soluble and semisynthetic metalworking fluids. These packages enable customers to blend finished metalworking fluids with a wide variety of oil contents, making them suitable for a broad range of applications. Depending on the types of base oils (paraffinic or naphthenic) used by the customer, the company can tailor the emulsifier package to the customer’s base oil quality. This ensures a high level of security for customers when blending a fit-for-purpose finished soluble or semisynthetic metalworking fluid during their blending process. These finished fluids are compatible with a wide range of water hardness levels and offer excellent long-term stability, long sump life, extended tool life, machine protection, and cleanliness of machined parts.
Sahay ML provides neat cutting oil additive packages to formulate finished metalworking oils that deliver excellent machining performance, low mist formation, low consumption, superior lubrication, and good skin compatibility. Both chlorine-free and chlorine-based packages are available. Our additive packages can be customized to help customers achieve the required machining performance.
Sahay ML offers fully synthetic metalworking fluid additive packages, for the blending of mineral oil free finished fluids (for grinding and machining applications). The focus is on the reduction of mist formation, improved cooling performance and reduction of potential environmental pollution.
The company also offers lubricant additives for wire and tube drawing applications. Depending on the type of metal and other performance requirements, the company can provide additives that help customers produce a finished neat oil-based product or a finished water-miscible product.
